Sizing and Exchanges
- We are unable to guarantee sizing availability for exchanges. Please refer to the sizing chart for accurate size selection.
Refunds
- Refunds are only processed for faulty items.
- Faulty items must be returned in person within 5 days of receipt.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Return Process

Return the faulty item in person within 5 days of receipt to our designated return location.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned for reasons other than faults (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size) are not eligible for refunds.
- Shipping is non refundable.
